Remember This House

Remember This House is a visual allegory interpreted through the lens of vintage Polaroid cameras and expired instant film. Imagined, staged, and photographed at the former studio of photographer Richard Avedon.

The high-end art market is tanking. And that’s … a good thing?

“The problem is that the market is actually supporting the wrong artists for all the wrong reasons. Instead of work selling well because it’s considered excellent, it’s been flipped on its head. Now, if something sells well, that’s a sign of its excellence. And what’s selling, and what’s even being shown in museums, is really splashy, superficial stuff. It’s mostly — frankly, almost entirely — big, colorful paintings that look good over a sofa. And if that market almost disappears, no one will really suffer. “

Breakfast Cacio e Pepe is inspired by the classic flavor combination of cheese and black pepper - with eggs, and no dairy.

Nutritional yeast is not intended to replace a traditional cheese, but to add protein, texture, rich golden color, and a savory profile.
