Items purchased from our online shop are shipped within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified. If your item is unavailable, or we experience a delay in processing - you will be notified immediately. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be provided when available.

 
US Domestic Purchases and Shipping

Transactions are processed through Squareup.com.  Shipping costs and/or sales tax are the responsibility of the purchaser.  

International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with you purchase you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days. Please contact ruhl@ruhl.nyc for return authorization control number.
